En Foz de Iguazú, dibujo a quienes están en la espera de un trámite de aduana. Los cuerpos se dejan ver sin interrumpirlos en su detención desde arriba.

Están en una postura sostenida, estar erguido es un equilibrio que se hace presente en lo breve de las posturas que varían estando en el mismo lugar.

Podríamos decir que desde arriba dejan ver la belleza de estar erguido, si porque no solo muestran sus siluetas, también dejan entrever un punto en común: el centro de la tierra.

To be erect, the beauty of balance

In Foz de Iguazú I draw those waiting for a customs procedure. The bodies are revealed without breaking them up in their stillness from above.

They are in a sustained posture, being erect is an equilibrium that is made present in the brevity of postures being varied in the same place.

We may say that from above is revealed the beauty of being erect, because not only does it show their silhouettes, it also reveals a point in common: the centre of the earth.
