Detenerse en la ciudad, lo que se opone a la detención en la ciudad es el tiempo, tener el tiempo, contar con él.

Vemos que la detención se produce en una abundancia, hay tiempo, y el espacio ofrece una abundancia doble: disponibilidad en la próximidad el escaño donde sentarse y la amplitud de la lejanía. Así se dan cita el tiempo y el espacio para darle lugar al acto de detenerse.

Stopping in the city

Stopping in the city, what is opposed to detention in the city is  time, having the time, counting on time.

We see that stopping is produced in abundance, there is time, and the space offers a double abundance: availability of proximity, a seat in which to sit and the amplitude of distance. Thus time and space come together to make room for the act of stopping.
